Olympus OP-1 Logo Design and
Positioning Line Development


Jacobs Creative Group was retained to create a three-part visual identity for the OP-1 bone-growth product family and a companion positioning line. The OP-1 logo had to stand on its own as well as accommodate the addition of the Implant and Putty descriptors. The resulting logos feature intertwined elipses that represent the regeneration process that these products encourage with a patientís existing bone. The positioning line "Ready for the challenge" supports the fact that these products have been approved for use in the most challenging long bone non-union repairs.
